Menu options for your evening affair can be tailored to fit your specific catering needs with and without full-service staffing. We are happy to customize menus to fit a variety of budgets, varying tastes, and dietary restrictions.

Beverages
Outside alcohol is not permitted on the Chautauqua premises. Choose from a cash bar or a hosted bar package customized to your menu. A beverage estimate will be provided to you based on your bar package, guest count and length of event (beverages are sold per consumption). Ask our coordinators about our signature themed cocktails and/or mock tails to enliven your occasion.
Booking Terms
Requests for catering services can be accommodated up to 14 days before the event date. Each Chautauqua venue has a required food and beverage minimum. Please ask your coordinator for more details.
