We make dining easy at Chautauqua. Choose from a delicious farm-to-table meal at our historic Dining Hall, a quick stop for sandwiches, salads, coffee, ice cream or snacks at the General Store, or enjoy a delicious meal in your cottage. Guests may order online from the Dining Hall or stock their kitchen by ordering groceries online. Having a special celebration? Consider hosting your event with us and ask about our expert catering services!
The Dining Hall

The Chautauqua Dining Hall is the perfect place for a meal after a hike on the nearby trails, before a concert in the historic Auditorium, or anytime you want to enjoy Boulder’s most scenic setting with friends and family. Savor spectacular views from the enchanting wraparound porch while enjoying fresh, Colorado bistro cuisine at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open year-round, the Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines to complement your meal.

The General Store
JUST LIKE THE OLD DAYS
Whether you are heading out or coming back in, stop by and enjoy a treat from the General Store located just west of the Dining Hall. Pick up an espresso drink, chai or cold drink and enjoy fresh baked goods and homemade ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes. You can also find grab-and-go snacks and basic sundries to equip you for any adventure. Grab a t-shirt or hat to remember your visit and don’t forget to bring home a unique gift for friends and family!
