Focus Group Invitation
INVITATION TO JOIN CHAUTAUQUA FOCUS GROUPS
Chautauqua is seeking patrons to participate in a series of focus groups so we can better understand how to improve the experience of our members, guests, and visitors. If you are a current member, have stayed with us in one of our cottages or lodges, or have attended a concert or another event, we would love to hear from you!
Participants who are selected and attend a focus group will receive a $50 Chautauqua voucher.
Focus Group Options
Wednesday September 4 – 12pm – 1:15pm LODGING – VIRTUAL focus group for those who have stayed in or hosted guests in our cottages and lodges. Priority will be given to those who have stayed with us at least twice over the past six years.
Thursday September 5 – 12pm – 1:45pm EVENTS – IN-PERSON focus group for those who have attended at least two public events (i.e., concerts, films, lectures, etc.) over the past six years. Includes light lunch.
Friday September 6 – 12pm – 1:45pm
MEMBERS – IN-PERSON focus group for current Chautauqua members. Includes light lunch.
Please email Liza Purvis ([email protected]) if you are interested in participating and include the following information:
- Name
- Which group you would like to attend (i.e., LODGING, EVENTS, or MEMBERS)
- For LODGING – How often and when you stayed or hosted guests in a Chautauqua cottage or lodge.
- For EVENTS – What types of events you have attended at Chautauqua.
- For MEMBERS – Your membership type and how long you have been a Chautauqua member.
