Facilities Maintenance Tech I

The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on Chautauqua facilities, structures, and grounds. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required in meeting position responsibilities. For on-call emergency and inclement weather reporting, this position is considered essential. 

Starting Hourly Rate: $22 – $24 per hour

Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent is a full-time flex (32-40 hrs/week), benefited, non-exempt position, with responsibilities which include assisting visitors, registering guests, managing reservations, and providing detailed information about cottages/units, rates, and amenities. Shifts will vary from 7:00am to 12:00am (midnight) and will include a mix of weekdays and weekends. For emergency and inclement weather reporting, this position is considered essential.

Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Specialist) is a part-time, non-exempt position responsible for coordinating accounts payable activities, including managing approval flow, processing invoices and working with vendors and managers across the organization to resolve any discrepancies. The AP Specialist will also train with CCA’s Payroll Manager and assist with payroll processing and other payroll-related activities when needed. For purposes of reporting, this position is considered non-essential.

Part-Time/Evening Facilities Technician 

The Part-Time/Evening Facilities Tech (PTE Facilities Tech) is a part-time (16 hours/week), non-benefited, non-exempt position. Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on Chautauqua facilities, structures, and grounds. Additionally, assists front desk with amenity deliveries. The role is specifically designed to deliver exceptional customer service as well as helping with day-to-day maintenance operations. Holiday work could be required in meeting position responsibilities. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.

Seasonal Gardener

The Seasonal Gardener is a seasonal (through Sept 28), non-exempt, non-benefited position responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all landscape and garden features within Chautauqua Park. Some weekend work may be required during periods of extreme hot weather. For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is non-essential.

Seasonal Houseperson

The Seasonal Houseperson is a seasonal (mid-April thru early October), non-exempt, non-benefited position, responsible for performing a variety of tasks in guest services, housekeeping, the care and maintenance of public buildings, working with the housekeeping team to deliver a consistently high-quality visitor experience for Chautauqua’s day and overnight guests. Variable shifts likely, and evening and weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities.  For emergency and inclement weather reporting this position is considered essential.
