The Dining Hall
COLORADO BISTRO CUISINE
The Victorian-style Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder tradition since 1898. It was built in 40 days for $11,000 and seated 400 people. Its first manager was Oliver T. Jackson, a local Black entrepreneur who founded the African American community of Dearfield, Colorado in 1910. Open year-round, the Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines to complement your meal.

The Dining Hall accepts Reservations for all hours of operation during the week, EXCEPT for our Saturday and Sunday Brunch Service from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This Brunch Service on Saturday and Sunday is served on a first-come/first-serve basis in an attempt to accommodate as many guests as possible. The only exception this is on holiday weekends, including New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, CU Graduation Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. On these days we will take brunch reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
